Knife throwing
I've tuned the knives so that you don't hit every time, but there's still a homing effect and some assistance to help you find your target. This balance is important and was actually very hard to tune — otherwise it would feel like an aimbot.
Also, you shouldn't throw knives in close combat; use melee attacks instead. Valid targets for a throwing knife include all enemies, animals and breakables.
Rifle crosshairs
The rifle scopes are finally working as they should. Zooming with the left stick also works as it used to. This was only possible thanks to a custom REFramework fork, enabled mono rendering, parallax correction and some offsetting work.
Burst fire
The LE5 and the Chicago Sweeper have switches on their left hand side. Grab them and press LT while doing so to switch between modes — full, burst and one shot for the LE5, full and one shot for the Chicago Sweeper. The Stingray only has a safety switch, and it actually works now. :‑)
Easter egg: flamethrower
As everyone knows, the flamethrower in this game was never fully developed and was never officially used. I had to do some tweaking here to get it working.
If you really want this weapon, hold down A on both the left and right controller during gameplay for a while — A on the right and X on the left for Quest controllers — until you hear a sound. After that you'll find the weapon in the typewriter storage area (Japanese character). Manual reloading works here as well, and the tank capacity has been increased so it doesn't run out immediately after brief use.
